Imagine your whole self as depicted by this horse and carriage. The whole vehicle rides smoothly through life when the owner inside the carriage sets the direction. If the driver at the front sets the direction and reins the horses in too tightly, then the the horses tend to rebel and a battle develops between driver and horses – a battle that can cause damage to the carriage. Wholeness is only achieved when the owner, the spirit or higher self takes charge and mental, emotional and bodily health are all valued equally.
